Instruction
In some cases, a costly alternative to reconstruction is to install new pleated/star-shaped filter bags and cages in the existing dust collection system. These filter elements can be designed to fit your current bag filter tube sheet. The pleated/star-shaped filter bag can increase the filter area of your bag filter by up to 2.1 times, and significantly reduce your pressure difference and air-to-cloth ratio. This provides more airflow, reduces clean energy costs, and improves performance.
