1. Specification
The filter bag support cage is combined with the vertical metal wire, the support cage, the top cover and the bottom cover, and the venturi tube. In order to reduce the contact between the filter bag and the support ring of the bag cage, we developed a star-shaped dust collector filter star/pleat bag cage; in order to increase the filtering area, we developed a pleated/star filter bag with related pleated/star filter bag cages. Star cage, also names pleat cage, spider cage, is the bone and framework of bag, supporting the bag running, is special designed and made for star bag. Star Cages are welded by special supporting rings (Spiders). We are specialized in Star Cages design, develop and process. We have own stretch line, cut line, weld line, coating line and check equipment. 4. Pack of Cages
Our standard pack for cage is steel crate which is made of tube steel and laid steel plate at the crate bottom. The crate width does not excess 1140mm, so crate can be loaded in two pieces per the width of container, and the height of crate is subjected to the cage quantity and type of container. We seal the opening when cage put in. This kind of crate design can well protect cage and endure a long distance and time transportion.
